Review Tuesdays - Art's

“Poetry is the music of the soul, and, above all, of great and feeling souls.” - Voltaire

Can you imagine a person who is been followed by 75,917 people in Twitter, nearly 5000 Facebook friends, and a readership base on Scribd of almost 50,000? Any clues needed…? He is a poet, writer of literary fiction novels, and journalist, well do I miss any? Maybe and I am here to review him, and he is none other than our own Jingle Poetry official, Christopher L. Jones. He blog at Industrial Art’s and owns his personal domain, 'Jonesing.com' to share info about Poetry, Literary Fiction and about his books.

About 'Industrial Art's'

Industrial Art’s’ is a poetry blog in which most of the poems are the one penned for his daughter. If you are lover of ‘Poetry’ then you have to stop by his blog to enjoy the smiles spread via his pen.

With ‘White as Milk’ Template as base, he has designed his blog decently. This template supports all the features that WORDPRESS would support, so it is a wise decision to choose this template.

He has very few widgets like ‘EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION’, ‘RSS FEEDS’, ‘SEARCH BOX’ and links where he lives actually.

The archive of the blog says that he pens down from August 2010.

About Poetry

The art of poet out at the center, profound words, and the poems are treasured, kept safe for her daughter to read it when she is old enough to understand them. The word he pens down is simplistic yet deep thoughts behind it, they are soulful, right from his heart, and thoughtful too... His poems touch the soul of the readers wanting them to come back for more.

From his recent posts, ‘WALKING THIS MORNING’ is my personal favorite.

Sit Still’, ‘Anger’, ‘Sad’ are my other favorites from his pen out of the 38 posts he penned so far.

He writes for Poetry Potluck and Thursday Poets Rally regularly…

Suggestions

Christopher it would be great if you add widgets like ‘Tag Cloud’, ‘Popular Posts’, ‘Blog Stats’ ‘Recent Posts’, ‘Recent Comments’, etc. You can also create page in Facebook for your wonderful blog ‘Industrial Arts. In addition, Enabling ‘Sharing Features’ and Network Blogs will help you to reach people easily, I know you actually don’t need it…

Awesome! My few interactions with Christopher proved him to be respectful, funny and respectful. Thank you very much for this interview. Kudos to you Christopher for all your work with JP and the support to us all. Most people as busy as you are would not try to make time to be there for us writers who adore words and just sharing but that is not the case with you, much appreciated, stay humble.

Enjoy your daughter :)

Thanks SIS for this :)
