POETRY POTLUCK - Magic & Miracles, Wonder & Wizardry

It's M-M-M-M-Monday!!! Time for P-P-P-Poetry P-P-P-Potluck!!!!

Hello and WELCOME back to yet another magical week of Poetry Potluck!!!

We (Amanda and Kavita) are as pleased as ever to welcome you here... This week, let us flick our wands, cast a few spells and alight into a beautiful world of  Magic & Miracles, Wonder & Wizardry... poooooff!!

Register yourself (with your name and the link to your potluck entry) using InLinkz below, and leave a comment with a pointer to your post! It would be great if you could link back to us on your blog!!! Once you are done with this, visit other participants (at least 6), read their entries, comment, AND ENJOY!!!   Of course, you can always submit any poem of your choice as well...

Remember: Every week, InLinkz will be up on Sunday, at 8pm (CST), and will stay open till Wednesday, 8am (CST). So you will have 60 hours to share your poem with us...COOL huh?!! Also, if you aren't new to Poetry Potluck, please note that we may not send you weekly reminders. So, it would be awesome if you could add us to your Blogroll or Favorites, so that you can stay updated with the happenings on our site!! :))

Flash Forward!! After an enchanting week, we thought of going natural!!! So the theme for next week will be "Nature: Plants, Creatures and the Cosmos"!!! You will have a week to prepare your poem on this theme.. :) And if you are unable to submit a poem fitting the theme, relax... Send in an older poem you would love to share with us...

And now, LET'S GET STARTED with this week's potluck!!!! Enjoy the VIDEO here and let unleash the magical creative spirits!!! Thanks for joining in and supporting your fellow poets here at OUR favorite Poetry Potluck!!!

In the blink of an eye

This life, a lucid trance
With charms of night and day
Potions of love and chance
Leaving nothing more to say

Glimpse of a shooting star
Brings dreams back to form
Wiping away the scar
Making you snug and warm

The fancy wishing well
Is closer than you think
Enchantment and a spell
Are yours in just a wink

Stop searching for the wand
No wizard you will find
Don't you look beyond
Cuz magic's in your mind

By yours truly (Kavita)!! :-)

Here I am! =D

The Potion - Time to get ingredient for a wonderful potion, wild things are right ahead!

The Witch's Eyes - Being the strongest doesn't means anything, to be blinded is a blessing in disguise too...

Seraphine Maria Granado - A personal creation that driven into darkness, will you pay a price to see your future or sing me a lullaby instead?

Happy Poetry Potluck!=D

Magical words Kavita.
My poem isn't about magic in general
as much as believing in the magic inside yourself. ;)

Another great week here, I have to admit. There are some wonderful offerings and if it weren't for the fact I was lagging hard because of a virus scan, I would be sitting here all night reading!

Hi Jingle-
Thanks for transferring my name from #21 to # 36...the only problem I see is that my name is spelled incorrectly and so folks who know me as LYN may not choose the #36 spelling...just one of those things, I guess!!

The Reason You Come said...

I wasn't going to join this week because magic's not my thing. But I was able to submit something about magic, though I don't think it's the Harry Potter kind of magic. Heh.

I like Kavita's poem! :)

June Butterfly,

No problem,
at times I myself do have issues accessing to certain blogs.

You might try to clear your browse history by clicking on TOOLS, go down and pick clear browse history...

a few days ago, my computer was frozen all the time, then after I restart my computer, and clear my history, everything goes smoothly and faster....

Best wishes.
I am of NO expert. the reason may be something else.

A little late, but this time I made it to the potluck. I thought of this poem when I took the accompanying photo, but it took a prompt from Jingle to hatch my new dragon. ;)

Look forward to reading all the entries I can--though with 90 ahead of me, it may take awhile.

I thank you who took the time to read me ... My eyes are giving me a little trouble, and I didn't read as many this week as I read last week. But I intend to read more this weekend. I had a really rough holiday ... and I can't begin to tell you how tired this old woman is.

Have a nice weekend.
